A Carrier is only as good as the team that installs it. KO HVAC is a Carrier dealer, listed on Carrier's own dealer locator. We install new Carrier air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces around Kingston, PA, every week.
Being a dealer puts your system on Carrier's own supply line, with genuine parts behind every future repair. Register it within 90 days, and a new Carrier carries 10 years of parts coverage. And the person pricing your system is a KO HVAC owner who answers for how it runs.

As a Carrier dealer, KO HVAC sizes, installs, and services the full Carrier home lineup. Each system below gets matched to your house, not to the label on the old unit.
Carrier central air comes in three styles: one speed, two speeds, or a variable speed that rises and falls as needed. We size each one to your home and ductwork, so it cools evenly instead of in short blasts. Variable-speed models run longer and gentler, which pulls more stickiness out of a humid valley summer.
A Carrier heat pump heats your home in winter and cools it in summer, all from one outdoor unit. We size it to how much heat your house loses on a cold night. On higher ground around Dallas and Mountain Top, we can pair it with a gas furnace that takes over on the coldest days.
Carrier builds its gas furnaces in Indianapolis, from basic one-speed models to furnaces that turn their flame up or down with the weather. Before we recommend one, we check your gas line and how the old furnace vents. The most efficient models vent through a plastic pipe in the wall instead of the chimney.
Every outdoor unit has an indoor partner, called a coil, and the two have to match. We install them as a set Carrier tested together, never reusing the old coil to save a step. That's how you get the efficiency printed on the label.
Carrier ductless units heat and cool one room or several, with no ductwork needed. They suit additions, finished attics, and older homes heated by radiators. If you're also looking at Mitsubishi, we'll price both so you can compare.
Carrier's top Infinity thermostat works with Infinity equipment to adjust fan speed and humidity on its own. We match the thermostat to the system you choose. Pair the wrong one, and features you paid for never switch on.

A new Carrier's price comes down to the size your home needs, the tier you choose, and how much of the setup has to change. Ductwork, electrical work, and a new pad or line set all add to it. For most homes, a full system is a five-figure decision, and the spread inside that is wide.
We start with an in-home visit and put the full price in writing before any equipment is ordered. New installs can qualify for 0% financing for 36 months through Wells Fargo or Synchrony, with approved credit.

All three Carrier tiers are built and backed by Carrier, so none of them is a lesser brand. The difference is how the system runs, the features it carries, and the price. We'll point you to the tier your home will feel, not the most expensive one.
| Infinity | Performance | Comfort | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How it runs | Variable-speed Greenspeed models adjust in small steps | Two-stage and some variable-speed models | Single-stage, running fully on or off |
| How rooms feel | The steadiest temperatures and the best humidity control | Steadier than single-stage, with good humidity control | Dependable heating and cooling, with wider swings |
| Controls | Infinity System Control, which talks to the equipment | Standard or Wi-Fi thermostats | Standard thermostats |
| Best for | Homeowners staying 10-plus years who want top comfort | A balance of comfort and price | Tighter budgets, rentals, or simple layouts |
| Price | Highest | Middle | Lowest |

We measure your home room by room, including insulation, windows, and duct layout, and let those numbers choose the size. An oversized system cools in short bursts, leaves rooms clammy, and wears out sooner.
Your outdoor unit and indoor coil are installed as a pair Carrier rated together. That's what makes the efficiency on the box the efficiency you get at home.
At startup, we check the refrigerant charge and airflow before we call the job done. Then we walk you through registering your Carrier, so the 10 years of parts coverage starts clean.
Every Carrier install starts with a call or an online booking, followed by a visit to your home.
Step 1
The In-Home Estimate
We walk the house, look at your ductwork and electrical, and ask how you use each room. Then we measure your home to size the system.
Step 2
Your Written Quote
You get the Carrier options that fit, from Comfort to Infinity, with the full price in writing. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
Step 3
Install Day
Our crew removes the old system, sets the new Carrier, and handles the ductwork, electrical, and pad. The work area gets cleaned before we leave.
Step 4
Startup and Registration
We start the system, check the charge and airflow, and show you the thermostat. Then we help you register the system with Carrier.

A new system isn't money you spend twice, so it pays to ask first. Ask what a tier changes, why one quote costs more than another, or whether your ductwork can carry a bigger system. At KO HVAC, an owner writes every estimate, so you get answers from someone who knows the job.
Tell us your town and what your current system is doing. We'll set a visit at a time that works, with nothing owed and nothing to sign.
Call for a quick answer, or book online in about a minute. A person answers our line 24 hours a day, and the office books visits from 8 to 5.
Our Carrier installation work reaches older homes in Kingston and the West Side, plus newer builds up toward Dallas and Mountain Top. Beyond the towns below, we serve homes across Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Wyoming Counties, within about an hour of our base in Kingston.
Every home gets the same in-home visit, a written quote, and a system matched to the house. Not sure we reach you? Ask when you book.

Yes, KO HVAC is a Carrier dealer, listed on Carrier's own dealer locator. We install new Carrier air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces and service Carrier systems across the Kingston area.
The difference between Carrier Infinity and Performance is how the system runs. Infinity's top models use variable-speed Greenspeed compressors, while Performance uses mostly two-stage equipment at a lower price.
You register your Carrier warranty on Carrier's website within 90 days of installation. Registered systems get 10 years of parts coverage, and we'll walk you through it on install day.
Yes, many Carrier home systems are made in America. Carrier builds its gas furnaces in Indianapolis and much of its home cooling equipment in Collierville, Tennessee.
Bryant and Carrier are made by the same company, Carrier Global, and share many parts. KO HVAC installs Carrier and repairs Bryant systems, though we don't supply Bryant new.

Grab the model number from your current system, then call or book online. We'll tell you what you have and which Carrier makes sense next.
