SMS Terms & Use Cases

By giving us your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from KO HVAC Heating & Cooling. These messages may include:

Opt-Out Instructions

You're in control of the texts you get from us. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send "STOP", we'll send one text to confirm you've been unsubscribed. After that, you won't receive text messages from us.

If you want to join again, sign up the same way you did the first time, and we'll start sending texts again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We aim to send timely notices, but delivery depends on your network provider.

Age Restriction

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this site or sign up for our SMS service. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and can legally agree to these terms.

Privacy Policy

We value your information. Everything collected through our SMS service and website is covered by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
