Premier Comfort Club
Most heating and cooling breakdowns start as something small that nobody checked. In a humid valley July, a clogged drain line can shut the AC down. In January, a sooty oil burner can quit overnight.
KO HVAC's Premier Comfort Club catches those problems early with planned tune-ups for your heating, cooling, or both. We put the visits on the calendar, so you never have to remember them. Your system stays ready for the season ahead.

Some tune-ups amount to a filter swap and a glance at the thermostat. A Premier Comfort Club visit goes through the parts that fail, from the drain line to the flame. Plan members also hear from an owner, not a call center, when it's time to renew.

A Premier Comfort Club visit
The Premier Comfort Club comes in three plans, so you only pay for the equipment you have. Plans start at $225 a year.
We're adding technicians, so new memberships open again soon. Call to join the list.
Here's what every plan includes.

Around Kingston, January lows average about 20°F, and summers turn the river valley humid. Your heating carries most of the year, while your AC works hard for a few muggy months. A yearly tune-up gets each one ready before its season starts.
Most failures start with a part that's wearing out, like a weak capacitor or a dirty flame sensor. A tune-up finds it while the weather is mild, so the fix happens on your schedule.
A clean filter alone can cut AC energy use by 5% to 15%, according to the Department of Energy. Clean coils and a tuned burner add to those savings every month.
Equipment that runs clean and balanced wears more slowly. Regular care helps you get the full expected life from a furnace, boiler, or AC before replacement comes up.

01Fewer Breakdowns When It Counts
Humid river-valley summers push gallons of water through your AC's drain line. When algae or debris clogs it, the system can shut off or leak. Clearing it each spring prevents both.
A furnace or boiler with a cracked part or a blocked vent can leak carbon monoxide. Each fall visit checks the flame, venting, and CO levels before heating season begins.
Many manufacturers expect regular professional maintenance to keep warranties valid. Every plan visit adds to your system's service record, so the coverage you paid for stays protected.
Three Steps to a Season-Ready System
1.
Pick Your Plan and Join
Choose Gold AC, Gold Heat, or Platinum, based on the systems in your home. You see the yearly price before you join, with nothing hidden.
2.
We Book Your Tune-Ups
We schedule your visits ahead of each season, spring for cooling and fall for heating. You pick a time that works, and our technician arrives ready.
3.
Your System Stays Ready
Between visits, there's nothing to track. Your equipment stays tuned, your service record stays current, and your member perks are there when you need them.

Sometimes a tune-up shows that a part, or a whole system, is near the end. When that happens, you get a written price first, plus a couple of ways to make it easier.
Spread a repair or a new system into monthly payments. Smaller jobs can qualify for 0% financing for 12 months, and new installs for 36 months, with approved credit.
FinancingIf you've served, you save 10% on our work. Mention your service when you book, and we'll apply it.
If something fails between tune-ups, call us any time, and a person answers. Members can get repairs after hours, at an after-hours rate, with their member discount applied. Your technician also has your service history, so the visit starts with context.
