Cody Orr
Co-Owner · System Design, Estimates & Installation
Cody Orr starts every job by asking what you want from your home. For one farmhouse family, that meant central air with no wall units in sight. Their house ran on a giant steam boiler and had no ductwork at all. So Cody designed three zoned Mitsubishi systems fed through new sheet-metal ductwork. The family got cool summers and warm winters, without a single wall unit.
Cody is co-owner of KO HVAC and the person behind every system design and estimate. He grew up in the Kingston area and served in the Air National Guard, where doing what you say became a habit. Homes here can be 20 or 120 years old, heated by steam, oil, or a furnace with tired ducts. So every estimate he writes starts with how that home is heated and laid out.
Cody prices every option in writing and stands behind each promise, because he's the one who made it. His guides here cover heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, aging boilers, and older homes with no ductwork. Each one lays out your options in plain words, because you don't have to be uncomfortable in your own home.
